VoIP Phone Systems

A phone system that
lives in the cloud.

Your numbers, routing, and voicemail run on Bizicomm's platform instead of a box in a closet. Calls travel over your internet service. You manage everything from a browser, and changes take effect the moment you save.

Everything a front desk expects

The features below come standard on every Bizicomm system.

Call routing rules

Send calls to the right place based on time of day, the number dialed, and the choices a caller makes in a menu.

Ring groups

Ring a whole team at once, in a set order, or in rotation, with a clear fallback when nobody answers.

Voicemail to email

Every voicemail lands in your inbox as an audio file with a written transcript, so you can read it in a meeting.

Softphone apps

Desktop and mobile apps that share your extension. Answer at your desk, in the car, or from a hotel room.

Number porting

We move your existing numbers onto the platform and coordinate the transfer date with your current carrier.

One admin portal

Users, greetings, hours, and rules in one place, written in plain language instead of telecom jargon.

Routing rules you can read

Rules run from top to bottom. Each one pairs a condition with an action. The first rule that matches decides where the call goes.

Conditions include your business hours, holidays, the number the caller dialed, and menu keypresses. Actions include ringing a group, playing a menu, sending the call to a mailbox, or handing it to the AI receptionist.

  • Build phone menus, so callers can press a key for sales, support, or billing.
  • Set a no-answer timeout, then choose what happens next.
  • Edit rules in the portal. Changes go live the moment you save.
  • Preview the full call path before you publish it.

Ring groups that match how your team works

A ring group is a set of people who share incoming calls. You choose how the calls are spread out.

Ring all at once

Every phone in the group rings together. First to pick up takes the call. Good for small front-desk teams where speed matters most.

Ring in order

Calls try one person, then the next, down a list you set. Good when a senior person should get first crack, with backups behind them.

Rotate evenly

Each new call starts with the next person in line, so calls spread fairly across the team. Good for sales teams sharing inbound leads.

For each group you set how long each phone rings and what happens when nobody answers: roll to another group, drop to a shared mailbox, or hand the caller to the AI receptionist

Voicemail that goes where you already look

Every person and every group can have a mailbox. When a caller leaves a message, the recording is sent to email right away as an audio file, with the transcript written out in the body.

  • Read messages silently during meetings, then listen later if you need tone.
  • Shared mailboxes for teams, so a message to support is visible to everyone on support.
  • Old messages stay searchable in your email, not trapped on a handset.
  • Record custom greetings per mailbox, per schedule.

Softphone apps for every device

The Bizicomm app turns a laptop or mobile phone into a full extension. It is the same line as the desk phone, not a forwarding trick.

One extension, every device

Desk phone, desktop app, and mobile app ring together. Callers dial one number and reach you wherever you answer.

Move calls mid-conversation

Pick up on the desk phone, then slide the live call to your mobile app as you walk out the door. The caller hears nothing.

Presence and transfers

See who is on a call before you transfer. Warm-transfer with an introduction, or send the call straight through.

Number porting, step by step

Porting moves your existing numbers from your current carrier to Bizicomm. It is a regulated process with a clear sequence, and we handle the paperwork.

Send your numbers

Tell us which numbers you want to move and share a recent bill so the account details match your current carrier's records.

Sign the authorization

We prepare a letter of authorization. Your signature tells the losing carrier that the transfer is approved.

Carrier confirms a date

The carriers agree on a port date. Keep your old service running until then. We set up temporary forwarding if you want to start early.

Numbers go live

On port day, calls to your numbers arrive on Bizicomm. Your routing rules are already built, so nothing is missed during the switch.

Round out the system

The cloud system is the core. Add phones for your desks and a receptionist for the calls you would otherwise miss.
