Business Phones

Phones that set
themselves up.

Every Bizicomm phone ships tied to your account. Plug it into the network and it downloads its extension, name, voicemail, and speed dials on its own. No installer visit, no config files, no manuals.

A phone for every desk

Match the hardware to the job. Every model runs on the same Bizicomm system.

Desk phones

Color screens, programmable line keys, and full-duplex speakerphones for people who live on calls. One-touch keys show who is busy before you transfer.

Cordless phones

For warehouses, workshops, kitchens, and shop floors. Roam the building on one base station and keep your extension with you.

Conference phones

Room microphones that pick up the whole table, so the people dialing in hear everyone clearly, not just whoever sits closest.

Provisioning, explained

When we ship a phone, it is already registered to a user in your account. The first time it connects to the internet, it reaches the Bizicomm platform, identifies itself, and pulls down its full configuration.

  • Extension, display name, voicemail, and company directory arrive automatically.
  • Settings follow the person, not the device. Reassign a phone to a new hire from the portal.
  • If a phone breaks, plug in a spare. It becomes that person's phone in minutes.
  • Firmware updates roll out from the cloud overnight, not from a ladder in the server room.

Several offices, one system

Locations on Bizicomm share one directory, one dial plan, and one admin portal. To a caller and to your staff, it behaves like a single company.

Extension dialing between sites

Dial a short extension to reach anyone at any location. Transferring a caller across the country works exactly like transferring down the hall.

Local numbers per location

Each office keeps its own local numbers and outbound caller ID, so customers see a familiar area code while everything runs on one platform.

Hours and routing per site

Each location sets its own open hours, greetings, and holiday schedule. A branch that closes early rolls its calls to a sister office or to the AI receptionist.

One place to manage it all

Admins see every site, user, and device in one portal. Open a new location by shipping phones there. They configure themselves on arrival.

Remote teams on the same footing

A desk phone works anywhere there is internet. Ship one to an employee's home and it registers itself, exactly as it would in the office. Their extension, their voicemail, their spot in the ring group: all unchanged.

  • New hire kits arrive configured. Plug in, and the first call can come in that day.
  • Prefer no hardware? The softphone app gives remote staff a full extension on laptop and mobile.
  • Managers see the same presence board for in-office and remote people.
  • Outbound calls show the company caller ID, never a personal mobile number.

Your numbers stay yours

The number on your signage, your invoices, and your vehicle wraps is an asset. Bizicomm treats it that way.

Bring numbers with you

We port your existing numbers when you join. You sign an authorization, the carriers agree on a date, and calls switch over without interruption.

Move without changing them

Numbers live in the cloud, not in a wall socket. Move offices, and your numbers come along. Update the routing, not the letterhead.

Yours to take anywhere

Your numbers belong to your business. If you ever leave, you can port them out again. That is how it should work, so that is how it works here.

Phones are half the story

The system behind them decides how calls route, ring, and roll over. See how the platform works end to end.
